These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on sheetstore.store,
operated by Maurin THIBAUT, auto-entrepreneur, France. They are drawn up
in accordance with French consumer law, including the French Consumer
Code (Code de la consommation) and applicable EU directives.

2. PRODUCTS AND SCOPE
----------------------
These Terms apply to all digital products (Google Sheets templates)
offered for sale on sheetstore.store. Product descriptions, including
features and content, are set out on each individual product page.
3. PRICES
----------
Prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase, in EUR (€)
or USD ($) as applicable. As an auto-entrepreneur below the French VAT
registration threshold, no VAT is charged.
The total amount due is shown clearly at checkout before the order is
confirmed. Prices may be updated at any time; the price applicable is
the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
4. ORDER PROCESS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

The purchase process is as follows:
Step 1 — Select the product(s) and add to cart.
Step 2 — Proceed to checkout and enter contact and payment details.
Step 3 — Review the order summary and total price.
Step 4 — Confirm the order by clicking "Pay now" / "Place order".
Step 5 — Receive an order confirmation email.
A binding sales contract is formed at Step 4. By placing an order you
expressly accept these Terms of Sale in full.
5. PAYMENT

Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout (credit/debit card,
PayPal, etc.). Full payment is required at the time the order is placed.
No product is delivered before payment is confirmed.
6. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
---------------------------------
After successful payment, a download link or link to the Google Sheets
file is sent to the email address provided at checkout, generally within
a few minutes. The link is valid for 30 days from the purchase date.
It is your responsibility to:
• Save or copy the file to your own Google Drive promptly.
• Ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct.
If you do not receive your link within 1 hour, please check your spam
folder and then contact us at Support@sheetstore.store.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
-----------------------
In accordance with Article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code and
EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does
not apply to digital content that has been made available to the
consumer, where supply has begun with the consumer's express prior
consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of
withdrawal.
By placing your order, you:
(a) expressly request the immediate execution of the contract; and
(b) acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the
digital file has been made available to you (i.e. once the
download link is sent).
This waiver is confirmed via a checkbox at checkout.
8. CONFORMITY AND WARRANTIES
------------------------------
Maurin THIBAUT guarantees that the digital products are as described on
the product pages and function as intended in Google Sheets. In the
event of a non-conforming product (e.g. corrupted file), we will provide
a working replacement within 5 business days of being notified.
Statutory legal guarantees under French law apply (garantie légale de
conformité, Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the Consumer Code for digital
content).
We are not liable for:
• Financial decisions made on the basis of the templates.
• Data loss or technical incompatibility with software other than
Google Sheets.
• Any indirect or consequential loss.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
--------------------------
Each purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive,
non-transferable licence to use the purchased template for their own
personal or internal business use. All intellectual property rights
remain with Maurin THIBAUT. Resale, sharing, redistribution, or
commercial exploitation of the template is strictly prohibited.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
------------------
Maurin THIBAUT shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in
performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
(force majeure), including but not limited to internet outages, platform
failures, or natural disasters.
11. CONSUMER MEDIATION
------------------------
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, you may
refer the matter to a recognised consumer mediator free of charge,
in accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Sale are governed exclusively by French law. Any dispute
arising from a purchase on sheetstore.store that cannot be settled
amicably shall be submitted to the competent French courts, without
prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in
the buyer's country of residence.
13. ARCHIVING
--------------
Orders and these Terms of Sale are archived by Maurin THIBAUT for a
period of 10 years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with
French law. A copy can be requested by writing to Support@sheetstore.store.
